    Position Summary

    Esta posición tiene como objetivo principal comercializar los productos de la compañía con los clientes asignados y desarrollando nuevos negocios, dentro de la zona de influencia con el fin de conseguir los objetivos comerciales, de desarrollo de nuevos negocios y de cartera, cuidando la rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.

    La posición requiere disponibilidad para viajar ya que atiende la zona denominada como Guayas, por esa misma razón la persona puede vivir en alguna de las zonas de influencia (Guayaquil)

    Nota: El idioma Inglés no es requerido para la posición pero es un plus

    Responsibilities

    sta posición atiende a clientes del deferentes canales del sector consumo masivo.

    Esta posición tiene el rol de liderazgo comercial en la zona, por lo cual debe contar con buenas habilidades para trabajar en equipo, habilidades para capacitar a los vendedores de la zona y a los equipos de la fuerza de ventas de los canales distribuidores (capacidad para transferir el conocimiento sobre los productos)

    Esta posición tiene un rol que destaca de trabajo en campo, pero también debe realizar tareas administrativas asociadas a legalizaciones de gastos, formularios de creación de clientes, trabajo autónomo de auto entrenamiento en diferentes procesos de la compañía, por lo cual el manejo de herramientas ofimáticas es indispensable para el rol.

    Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
    Experiencia práctica en Ventas, cartera, recaudo, legalizaciones

    Claridad en los conceptos Sell In - Sell Out - Días inventario

    Capacidad de análisis de las métricas de los negocios a cargo
    Idealmente experiencia trabajando de manera Autónoma, 100%

    Metodología híbrida
    Profesional en carreras administrativas / afines

    De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en compañías del sector de consumo masivo en el área comercial

    Debe contar con vehículo propio (La compañía otorga auxilio de gasolina y bono de movilización) - Requisito no negociable, el vehículo debe estar a nombre de la persona
