TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co creates, together with Channel and Sales Managers, annual strategy for implementation and investment of channels and processes in charge, guaranteeing to invest resources where it generates greatest return for company and constantly challenging direct and indirect team to guarantee that y count. With best talent and that each one occupies position in which y provide best value to business.
- Follow up and support sales team to achieve goals established for country from Sell Out by channel, through ensure country results at Sell In level.
- Design kpis indicators and tools of Customer Marketing process, guaranteeing that these are always focused on having the best market practices to achieve differentiation in Sell Out results of our brands, guaranteeing that these are in line with global and regional strategies.
- Lead periodic review of route to market, KPIs and future needs, including product portfolio, in synergy with Regional Commercial Excellence team.
- Locally lead development process of new products/portfolio in accordance with market needs, guaranteeing coordination between regional teams to reach expected times and results.
- Establish commercial strategies of Sales channels in charge, developing annual Forecast seeking to gain MS in categories in which we participate, supporting establishment of commercial conditions, identifying physical and monetary resources that are required, negotiating with clients' better conditions for Bayer and constantly measuring results to identify improvement actions.
- Manage point of sale material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment...) finding most efficient solutions. Ensure flawless POSexecution.
- Collaborates with product managers and channel managers to create commercial calendars of commercial activities aligned to Brand Campaigns in media, ensuring that campaigns can be replicated in POS.
- Collaborate with Shopper team and Commercial Team to create "Selling Stories" as tools for development of Categories/Brands/products in channels.
- Colead Shopper Insights/Marketing process to ensure that reality of country, customers, channels are considered in all plans and solutions are built that leverage commercial and customer marketing plans to be developed during year.
- Approve all execution tools, brand arts, local investments, improvement plans that guarantee keeping our brands in a leadership position in market and that Bayer is a relevant brand for our clients and seek to develop business with us.
WHO YOU ARE
- Professional in administrative careers related to commercial or marketing areas and preferably with postgraduate studies.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the area.
- Previous experience managing trade marketing teams is required.
- Advance English level is required.
- Development of sales teams, commercial conditions, negotiation, effective communication, and construction of highperformance teams.
- P&I budget management experience is required.
- Have specific knowledge in finance, business management, trade marketing and marketing.
- Microsoft office intermediate / advanced level and knowledge of monitoring systems and management control at point of sale.
