Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Distribution Chain Understanding: Develop a deep comprehension of the distribution chain, recognizing the crucial roles played by manufacturers and channels within it**:

Quotation Generation:Efficiently generate quotations using our system, and when necessary, create manual offers in Excel.

Master the art of swift and accurate quotation preparation**:

Order Processing:Take charge of processing orders, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Vigilantly monitor and manage delivery timelines for our partner organizations**:

Manufacturer Offer Reviews:Generate insightful reviews based on manufacturer offers.

This task involves evaluating the compatibility of our product offerings with the market and customer demand**:

Teams Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization. Manage and contribute to interdepartmental meetings to foster teamwork and shared goals*****
Knowledge and Skills:

Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work with Excel, including proficiency in creating and using formulas for data analysis, as well as performing rapid calculations**:
Business Understanding: A strong capacity to comprehend the intricacies of the business environment.

You should be able to quickly grasp the core operations and objectives of the organization**:
