As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.


You will work with our business operations team and Office of the CEO to help ensure that our organization is able to find and attract world-class talent.


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and talent pipelines.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance related to talent acquisition.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote Parallelz as an employer of choice.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
  • Proven success in managing fullcycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
