    Objetivo del Proyecto:
    El Programa Multianual de Resiliencia busca mejorar la resiliencia del sistema educativo con el propósito de garantizar el derecho a la educación de niños, niñas y adolescentes migrantes y de la comunidad acogida en un contexto emergente caracterizado por altos índices de violencia, inseguridad y desastres naturales. A través de la implementación de servicios de apoyo psicosocial se promoverá la atención a la salud mental de niñas, niños, adolescentes, docentes e integrantes de los DECE para impulsar el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales que permitan la permanencia en el sistema educativo.

    Responsabilidades:
    • Gestión contable: ejecución presupuestaria de acorde a la planificación del proyecto.
    • Apoyo Administrativo: Brindar apoyo en tareas administrativas diarias, como gestión de documentos, correos electrónicos y comunicaciones internas.
    • Gestión de Documentación: Mantener y organizar archivos del proyecto, asegurando la documentación esté completa y fácilmente accesible para el equipo.
    • Seguimiento Presupuestario: Colaborar con el equipo en el seguimiento del presupuesto del proyecto, registrando gastos y asegurando la conformidad con las políticas financieras.
    • Logística y Coordinación de Viajes: Organizar la logística de eventos y viajes relacionados con el proyecto, incluidas reservas de vuelos, alojamientos y transporte.
    • Reportes y Actualizaciones: Colaborar en la preparación de informes y actualizaciones periódicas para el reporte a donantes y socios del proyecto.
    • Apoyo a la Planificación: Contribuir a la planificación y programación de actividades del proyecto en coordinación con el equipo de gestión.
    • Seguimiento de Indicadores: Contribuir al seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento y métricas para evaluar el progreso del proyecto.
    • Otras tareas asignadas por el/la supervisor/a.

    Habilidades y Experiencia:
    • Título de tercer nivel en contabilidad, finanzas y/o administración de empresas
    • Habilidades Administrativas: Experiencia en tareas administrativas y gestión de oficina.
    • Conocimiento de herramientas de oficina y software de gestión de proyectos.
    • Organización y Gestión del Tiempo: Habilidad para priorizar tareas y gestionar eficientemente el tiempo.
    • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
    • Colaboración y Trabajo en Equipo: Disposición para trabajar en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo.
