Tengo a mi cargo el control de los trabajos realizados en la obra como: albañilería, instalaciones de cerámica, acabados en general, además de diseño arquitectónico y paisajismo. Además de revisión del diseño arquitectónico, modificación de diseño según requerimiento de clientes, manejo y control de costos de obra. Realización de adoquinado, alcantarillado, sistema eléctrico, de bomberos y de conectividad dentro de las dos hectáreas de terreno que compone al proyecto. Finalmente, debo supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los contratos adquiridos con los diferentes contratistas.
