Responsibilities:
- Manage financial databases, elaborate reconciliation reports and monitor bank statements.
- Identify potential risks in processes and work with the finance team to provide optimal solutions.
- Provide financial insights to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Plan and execute improvements for financial data management.
- Give support to the sales team and partners.
- Run and maintain day to day merchant operations processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, operations or a related field.
- Experience in finance, operations, data analysis, administration, accounting, and a demonstrated knowledge of managing large databases as well as elaborating financial reports.
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to think critically, with an analytical mindset, measuring results before and after project delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
- Intermediate oral and written English skills preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong technology skills (MS Office, CRMs, SQL, etc.)
- Finance industry background
- Accounting skills
- Data analysis
