Your 'day to day'

Develop Offline Trade Strategies to improve CCs Commercial important metrics.

Deploy initiatives for CCs Trade Programs, Visibility Executions and Offline trade campaigns aligned to the affiliate needs and PMI guidelines.


  • Develop long term trade programs strategy to give with commercial critical metrics such as Sell In Volume, Sell Out. Strategies should always be coordinate with the clients and consumer needs and adjusted to our previous findings. Interaction with the Sales Teams, Commercial Planning, Commercial Tools, Marketing Deployment, IT, Logistics & Finance, and Cluster will be fundamental to reach the plan and strategy. Annual and Quarter adjustments are needed to ensure an alignment with the market trends and commercial needs.


2, Guarantee an accurate end to end deployment of trade programs mechanics: Mechanics approvals, FSF Training, Closure, always aligned to local regulation and PMIs Policies.

Partners management is fundamental in order to achieve this accountability. Vendors management is required.


  • Build the long-term visibility plan to ensure business fundamentals, support sales and to build the path for future categories (SFP).
  • Responsible for the visibility deployment to guarantee and excellent execution: Trade Point of Sale Material development, vendors management, trainings, Sales team materials.
  • Offline Trade Engagement strategies and Offline campaigns management aligned to PMI Guidelines.
  • Field visits to supervise offline initiatives. Field visits tracking is required to develop inputs to Sales Supervisors and Managers and also COD for development improvements.
  • Responsible for budget management for Trade Programs Allowances, TME for visibility and offline trade executions and fundamentals. Management includes provisions, expenses records and budget analysis and optimization to improve return on investment.
  • Work together with commercial planning to supervise offline trade activities performance to meet company goals and increase profits. During this process learning records is essential.

Who we're looking for:

  • A minimum of a university degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, and/or Marketing, or similar
  • At least 4 years of confirmed experience in Commercial background in sales, marketing, and trade marketing.
  • Effective communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations on daily basis.
