Project Manager

Scope:
Full-time | Office: Ecuador| Hibryd

How a day to day would look like in this role:

Manage small to medium-sized projects, coordinating interactions with clients, and supporting the delivery lead at SoftwareOne.
Meet or exceed approved budgets by providing reliable financial forecasts and keeping management informed about project progress.
Identify and develop new opportunities within the project to facilitate early qualification and opportunity assessment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives as an active participant in the change management process.
Manage the collection of team feedback to identify improvements, problems, and concerns, incorporating lessons learned to optimize the process.

What we need to see from you:

Profile:

Professional in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the role of Project Manager in Information Technology (IT), and with knowledge and handling of the ITIL methodology.

Experience in customer service management, integration of systems in largescale operational services, and internal and external resource management processes is required.
Additionally, experience in implementing complex IT solutions is necessary, along with technical knowledge that includes a solid understanding and/or practical experience in the software services industry.

Required desirable:

PMP/Prince2 Practitioner Certification.
Advanced level of English (Desirable)
