    OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

    Planeamiento, coordinación e implementación de promociones y actividades que incentiven el sell through y sell out de los distribuidores del canal moderno, tradicional e industria. Elaboración del calendario promocional e implementación de planes de cuenta.

    FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

    Gestionar actividades que acrecienten el Sell Through/Out

  • Monitorea la rotación de productos en los puntos de venta.
  • Coordinar e implementar promociones y actividades que incentiven el sell through/out
  • Coordina e implementa eventos especiales, actividades, ferias con los distribuidores aprobadas por el Cluster Manager.
  • Coordina ejecución de plan de cuenta: armado de combos, exhibiciones, etc
  • Inteligencia de mercado: mapeos, actividad de la competencia, lanzamientos de nuevas marcas, precios y novedades competitivas.

    • Desarrollar planes de merchandising y material POP.

  • Elaborar reporte de ejecución enfocado en Sell Out (nuevas exhibiciones, promociones, campañas, etc) trimestralmente.
  • Coordina e implementar calendario de capacitación en las cadenas de tiendas asignadas.
  • Evalúa la rentabilidad (P&L) e impacto de eventos y campañas promocionales.
  • Compra y administración de giveaways, exhibidores y POP
  • Administra los vehículos y activos de uso promocional.

    • Mantener visibles nuestras marcas

  • Comunica y negocia espacios preferenciales en PDV adicionales a los ya acordados por el KAC para nuestros productos, productos nuevos y lanzamientos.
  • Coordina programas de instalación de displays en todos los canales de distribución.
  • Diseña y gestiona góndolas.

    • Asegurar comunicación adecuada en los puntos de venta.

  • Valida la información de garantía, especificaciones de productos, guía de uso y escogencia de producto.

    • Liderar equipo de promotoría:

  • Comunica prioridades, define y controla el cumplimiento de rutas, suministra giveaways, POP y exhibidores, seguimiento de KPIs (aprobados por Cluster Manager)
  • Seguimiento a agencia: pago en tiempo y forma, control de uniformes, celulares y viáticos.

    • Garantizar Aspectos de la Marca

  • Mejora de aspectos como el embalaje.
  • Genera buena presencia de los productos para que este cuente con un valor añadido a la marca y al mismo punto de distribución.

    • Optimizar Logística del Producto

  • Mejora la logística en la entrega de un producto en la fecha, hora y lugar exactos ya que es vital para las ventas, sobre todo de carácter online
  • Mejora de la rotación de los productos en los puntos de venta.

    • REQUISITOS DEL CARGO

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial, Ventas, Marketing (Preferido), Administración de Empresas, Relaciones públicas.
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia laboral comprobable.
  • Disponibilidad de viajes en todo el territorio nacional.
  • Manejo de personal, capacidad de liderazgo
  • Inglés Intermedio.
  • Office intermedio/Avanzado
  • Conocimiento de ejecuciones de Sell Out.
  • Organización- Disciplina.
  • Atención al detalle.
