ROLE DETAILS

ROLE SUMMARY
Summarize the primary purpose & key accountabilities of the role, including geographical scope (i.e. Global vs. Country/Region).

  • This position will report to the Trade Marketing Manager.
  • This role will ensure the proper placement, promotion and commercial actions related to Upjohn products at the point of sale.
  • This position will ensure the availability of Upjohn products at Pharmacies with proper management of the product expiration date, and compliance with quality controls and product presentation.
  • Will be responsible to position the Value-Added Programs at the point of sale, through an appropriate plan communication, prices and dynamic at pharmacy level.
  • This position will be responsible of the implementation of the trade marketing strategy at pharmacy level.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out high impact visits within the assigned territory.
  • Know and map key area of greatest potential and its inner workings.
  • Achieve the annual quota in sales in the different trade channels.
  • Develop activities that allow the promotion of products.
  • Track inventory at point of sales in assigned territory.
  • Attend to promotional portfolio training.
  • Propose and execute promotional actions to increase market share and improve customer service.
  • Provide and keep updated information on the competitive environment, market needs.
  • Develop a culture of teamwork with multifunctional learning actions.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
  • Maintain a high level of promotional knowledge of products and competitors.
  • Generate new customers in assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business.
  • 2 to 3 years of commercial experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field is an advantage).
  • Impact and Influence.
  • Analysis of market information and internal sales.
