- Preparation of sales forecasts. Synchronization of volumes between commercial area and supply.
- Collaborative work with the commercial area in order to define sales plans and volumes by subcategory. Monitoring of performance indicators.
- Ensure that decisions related to demand are aligned with the best financial performance of the company
- Support the commercial team with information related to SKU (Margin, Net Sales, SOB). These data should be used as part of an analysis to make final decisions.
- Coordinate and participate in Demand Planning & SNP meetings, in order to review supply and product availability limitations or excesses that may affect the demand plan.
- Coordinate and participate in Demand Planning & CDT Log meetings, in order to adjust demand plans, understand performance
- Monthly demand load discipline to ensure correct flow of information, understand alerts and make adjustments
- Master data review and information analysis
- Review together with the Commercial area the code that could become a low-rotation product and identify plans to avoid excess inventory - define discontinuation plans
- Prepare and implement monthly reports
- Lead commercial discipline meeting presenting volume and supply in GAP/CATRE/LAM
- Participate in collaborative meetings with clients for analysis and volume loading according to discipline
- Lead quarterly planning process for analysis and upload of information
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade; Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in similar jobs in supply coordination, border trade and production planning
- Technical Skills: Google collaborative tools (Sheets, Slide, Doc), Excel, SAP and BI.
