Transdev is looking for a Junior Metro Trial Run Manager (H/F)
You are 18 to 28 years old, EU citizen, with the personal project to kick start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization leader on its segments?
Transdev Group, headquartered in France, is looking for a Junior Trial Run Engineer to be based in Quito, Ecuador.


Job Environment

In the framework of an expected award on a metro project in Ecuador, Transdev will be supporting the public authority in Mobilisation and running up a metro line which is a major transportation asset for the urban development of the city of Quito.

Under the Operation Director's authority, assists the Mobilisation Team by participating in the planning and execution of the mobilisation process, working collaboratively, both with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Transdev delivers its mobilisation obligations and commitments in the most efficient and effective manner.

Missions & responsibilities

• Developing and managing integrated, crossfunctional program timelines, identify and communicate interdependencies and critical path activities;
• Provide expertise in operation and systems (design reviews, tests and commissioning, trial run,...)
• Define the operational and functional test campaign (test objectives, test contents), and verify the signaliting system
• Participate in the OCC systems integration and commissioning tests
• Working closely with external support from the Sponsors and other subsidiaries that will provide support in the mobilisation phase, such as translation, program preparation, update on process, assignation of tasks and participation in meetings
• Reporting progress to Sponsors, deployment teams and wider governance forums;
• Preparing the mensual objectives of mobilisation (beginning of the month) and the mensual report of such objectives (end of the month), as part of the Authorithy's demand
• Identifying and setting appropriate planning controls, monitor risks and issues, develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate, and work with crossfunctional workstreams to manage interdependencies
• Creating, managing and overseeing the embed of internal systems and related processes and policies, including interaction with large interdisciplinary audiences and stakeholders;

Education
Engineering Degree
Experience in project management;
Technical knowledge related to passenger railway industry would be a plus.

**Job based in Quito, Ecuador. VIE for 12 to 24 months starting February 2023.
