Please note that this position requires on-site presence and will not be remote.

We are currently looking 15 new employees for our new office in Cuenca, WindshieldHUB is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to serve our valued customers across the United States.


A Day at the Job

  • You can deal with inbound Customer Service, and business support calls with quality responses and volume.
  • Display positive energy and stay motivated while working out complex problems for customers.
  • Display active listening, interjecting, and paraphrasing customer requests to confirm and specify needs.
  • Use SOPs as guidelines while making confident decisions to benefit customers and acting upon them.
  • Be ready to help customers with their problems on our digital selfservice platform.
  • Display selfmotivation to achieve assigned targets, organizational goals, and objectives
  • Meet all KPIs for CSRs: quality, average handle time, and schedule compliance.
  • Other duties assigned by your supervisor
  • Schedule Service for our Customers
