Stack Builders is looking for an intern to join our diverse Project Management team to help support our ongoing IT projects and processes.

You will learn about analyzing data & workflows and how to collaborate with others to make creative and innovative decisions.

Requirements:

Advanced written and spoken
English skills

Currently,
studying
your final semesters in administration, business, communication, and engineering would be a plus, but other degrees are also welcome.
Problemsolving and assertive
communication skills.
High level of
attention to detail and ability to
selforganize.

Availability to work
6 hours per day for 6 months.

Responsibilities
***:

Collaborate with and support the project management team and company processes to
maintain adequate and efficient workflows

Update and maintain
project budgets weekly.
Coordinate
PM/BA team gatherings by facilitating activity ideas.
Organize all
PMrelated documents and folders in the PM documents portal.
Refine/update
PM workshops with guidance from your manager.

Schedule and follow-up on audits:

Provide a means to organize and prioritize judgments to assist in developing an audit schedule
