Determination of coverage, quantitative analysis and evaluation of legal responsibility, when necessary and within the limits of authority, providing a high level of customer service.

Work with team leaders and claims specialists to ensure effective provider management and claims litigation within a personal assignment.
Promote continuous improvement in claims handling with feedback and support through the Quality Control Review processes.
Maintain best practice procedures for general insurance claims, in accordance with what is mentioned in global best practices.
Efficiently and proactively attend to the requirements of the Governance, LOB, Regional, Global areas and control entities.
Achieve the expected technical results of LOBs in Loss Ratio and Closing Ratio.
