Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in customer service and cold calling
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a remote team setup.
  • Problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
  • Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
