Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in customer service and cold calling
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a remote team setup.
- Problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
- Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
