Join our team as Quality and Food Safety Jr Head.

You will lead the Quality & Food Safety team of the Guayaquil plant to implement the Quality & Food Safety system programs, through the development of skills in their team and the entire plant.

The execution of short
- and medium-term strategies and the delivery of guidelines for the engineering, production and purchasing areas; in relation to Food Quality and Safety policies.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-
Lead Quality and Food Safety GYE: Lead and guide the team of Q&FS GYE plant and oversee 7 Core programs associated with both Quality and Food Safety.

Closure and Work plan: Lead the closure and work plan for internal, corporate and regulatory audits that are held in the plant (SQF, MQFSA AND ARCSA). Also, implement and monitor the requirements of the KWS phases.

Regulation Management: Manage with the Pacific regulatory team the local and foreign regulatory procedures, related to the renewal of product export registrations to other countries.

Technical Leadership: Lead the phases and necessary actions of the Q&FS COE and develop technical and leadership competencies of their reports.

Lead Projects: Participate in the generation, support and implementation of savings projects. Furthermore, lead improvement plans, based on the results of the SQF recertification audit as a SQF practitioner.

HACCP Team: Lead the HACCP team through the development and verification of quality assurance plans and programs oriented to food safety. You will also be responsible for conducting the Golden six and safety seven audits through the execution of Gemba tours.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor ́s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes or related
Advanced English
Advanced Microsoft Office
3 years of previous experience in manufacturing
Previous experience managing or leading people
