About the Role
We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a strong background in
customer service
to help us grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and build better customer experiences across digital channels. This hybrid role requires someone who not only understands digital marketing strategies and tools but also knows how to speak to customers in a way that builds trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (70%)
- Create, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns (drip campaigns, newsletters, product promos).
- Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with regular, engaging content.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop digital assets for promotions and landing pages.
- Track performance metrics for campaigns (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize based on data.
- Monitor and improve website content and SEO performance.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) as needed.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
Customer Experience & Engagement (30%)
- Engage with customers through social media comments, DMs, and email responses.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify common issues or pain points and create proactive marketing content to address them.
- Write or edit FAQ articles, onboarding guides, and support-focused blog posts.
- Funnel customer feedback into marketing messaging and product improvement loops.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or email marketing.
- 1+ year experience in a customer service, client success, or customer-facing role.
- Strong writing skills—able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Experience with basic graphic design or visual storytelling is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic HTML a bonus.
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
