Job Purpose and Impact


The Specie Category Lead Aqua Additives in Micronutrition and Health solutions (MHS) is part of Strategic Marketing and Technology (SMT) within the Animal Health and Nutrition enterprise and will provide market insights, create marketing plans, lead key projects and lead also the global Aqua additives product portfolio and NPSS pipeline to ensure best in class strategies on value creation for both, the organization and customers.

In this role, you will be key in the growth drivers of priority businesses and define strategic priorities to grow margin and volume.

You will work on connecting the identified opportunities with a relevant portfolio, link with other projects and initiatives to ensure alignment to the overall organizational strategy.

You will partner with global and local teams across functions such as Aquaculture nutrition and research, sales, quality and regulatory affairs as well as production, to create and implement the tactical marketing material, optimize the local product portfolio and bring new products, services and solutions to the markets and develop local teams with business and marketing related trainings.

Your area of influence will be worldwide across several technologies such as Phytogenic, Organic Acid, Post-biotic, Enzymes, Mycotoxin binder and potentially emerging technologies.

This position is open to remote working or hybrid approach. Key Accountabilities


Partner collaboratively in defining strategic priorities including markets, growth drivers, portfolio, capabilities and investments of the product and of priority businesses.

Provide global market insights required to drive strategy on innovation and business support and create and implement marketing plans for new products, services and solutions from the global team to support growth drivers.

Collaborate pro-actively in the development and partner in the implementation of tactical marketing materials to successfully bring the product portfolio to market.

Manage the global product projects portfolio and define priorities, branding strategy, balance long and short term and high and low risk and overall fit to the strategy.

Collaborate pro-actively in the development of new products and solutions within all Cargill Teams.

Ensure that best practices are in place for project management and establish and implement clear metrics and tracking systems for the portfolio.

Partner collaboratively in the development of strategic marketing talents and project management and business-related capabilities.

Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.

You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor. Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field to Aqua and/or animal nutrition or animal science.

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Experience with finance, including handling budgets and business decision metrics.

Experience in go to market, including leading projects, handling resources, preparing launches and tracking results.

Understand how to develop and bring creative innovations to market, mastering value proposition and value capture strategies.

Fluent in English language.

The position will require traveling up to 35% of worktime and will require flexibility working across multiple time zones.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or PhD in a related field to Aqua and/or animal nutrition or animal science.

Master's degree of business administration, business management or other marketing studies.

Significant experience & knowledge of Worldwide Aquaculture Market and especially nutrition and gut health.

Significant experience & knowledge of Feed Additives business, premix and feed production.

Pro-active and positive attitude with a strong Customers Orientation.

Independent and high sense of responsibility and duty.

Oriented to clear deliverable for internal and external customers.

Oriented to find, propose and implement solution to complex problem.

High sense of collaboration with other teams.
