Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support for operations activities in the Branch Channel segment
Ensures Product superiority and profitability of current products
Ensures alignment between local and regional by interacting with Regional Product Heads
Daytoday focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
Provide Leadership and Guidance to the Business Segments in the Country
Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on crossfunction process or project deliverables
May have indirect oversight over a small team of individual contributors
Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.
Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
Act as local liaison with Technology teams to make sure Business requirements are fulfilled by Technology Infrastructure while keeping a safe and sound IT environment.

Qualifications:

610 years relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear communication and Leadership skills to manage and drive the business agenda through the

matrixed organizational structure across the country and the region.

Understanding of the Profit and Loss (P&L) dynamics of the business
Bilingual (Spanish / English)

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
