About the Role

The Technician is responsible for defined maintenance activities in the Production / Site. The role maintains the machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concept. It is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and solving these problems using the DDS approach & Root cause analysis. The technician supports and coaches the Operators / Colleagues in handling technical issues in the RST and Site

What You Will Do

Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
- Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Performs mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic skills and repair of production equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Programming of PLC, HMI, servo motors, variable frequency drives, etc.
- Mechanical design and simulation with Autodesk software (inventor, Solidworks, etc).
- Handling of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic measuring elements.
- Control of electrical machines Metrology and calibration of instrumentation.
- Selection and assembly of analytical and process instrumentation Maintenance and asset management.
- Planning and organization Orientation to order, quality and precision in decision making.

Who You Are

Educational level: Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related Experience: 1 - 5 years
