LTVplus is looking for a Project Coordinator who is well versed in using Shopify!Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new clients
- Deals negotiations and closing
- Serve as support in addressing client concerns, answering tickets, following up with concerned and responsible parties to address issues.
- Research of task improvement including cost analysis, implementation procedure and budget development
- Liaise with Project Manager in identifying deliverable timelines
- Create invoices of clients
- Create redmine tickets detailing tasks of the developers and assign it to available developers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities
- Has good understanding of Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Sketch
- Has strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand the big picture
