• Deliver Ocean & Logistics Targets
• Be the voice of customer for any challenges, actively engaging internal stakeholders (customer service, operations, finance, management team) to resolve these issues and increase customer satisfaction
• Promote awareness and high utilization of our whole array of Ecommerce tools
• On board customers to our Digital products as the primary selling channel
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to create and develop Digital selling methods / pilots / campaigns
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Manage and retain a big portfolio of customers (+250)
• Maintaining relationships with local and overseas client and relevant counterparts as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the sales & service delivery organization
• Execute the sales plan, meet and exceed the business targets outlined in the KPI’s
• Prepare and pre-plan sales visits, update relevant reporting system daily with good data
• Should be able to analyze customer’s supply chain
• Should be able to offer effective & efficient supply chain solutions to the customer
• Coordinate projects for new landside service developments in the Country
• Take initiatives for timely actions in all respects and whenever possible make suggestions for enhancements for the services, products, procedures and processes
• Maintain a positive spirit and a “Can-Do” attitude, ensuring a pleasant, motivating & fun working environment

• + 5 years of experience in a customer facing sales roles or telesales, roles related to e-commerce
• Local market knowledge
• Ability to manage large amount of customers
• Bachelor’s degree in commercial fields (Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Trade, etc.)
• Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM
• English proficiency intermediate to advanced
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Customer-centric and strong understanding of needs and pinpoints
• Team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Demonstrable sales excellence discipline
• Energetic and proactive
• Strong drive and self-motivation
• Creative, innovative and empathic
