Key Account Manager

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement specific action plans to accomplish Sell Out and sales objectives for BCH within assigned key accounts.
  • Follow sales policies, practices, and procedures to assure Bayer's Compliance Policy.
  • Maintain a healthy and positive commercial relation with assigned key accounts to build trust and ensure longterm partnership.
  • Develop and implement strategic account business plans to ensure sustained growth of Bayer Consumer Health business within the key accounts assigned.
  • Monitor the evolution of sellout and inventory days of Bayer Consumer Health products within assigned key accounts to ensure product availability and inventory levels in line with our sales policy.
  • Manage collections for BCH within assigned key accounts, to maintain an average DSO less than 65 days.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams to focus their work to our portfolio and capitalize growth opportunities in the market.
  • Responsible for the definition and achievement of Strategic Accounts, P&L objective.
  • Develop and Executes processes and policies to the accounts (margin, prices, CATMAN, Trade marketing), S&OP planning.
  • Responsible for providing a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence from the account on competitor activities and pricing, market shares and trends, price waterfalls, benchmarking reports, distribution, and visibility.
  • Delivers account specific growth plans, to create JBP (Joint Business Plan).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration or Further Education is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial areas (Sales, Trade and Marketing).
  • Working experience with clients DIFARE, Ecuaquimica and DISFOR is required.
  • Intermediate English level is required.
  • Problemsolving, analytical, and effectivenegotiation skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team and supervise sales personnel.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
