At Jelou Inc we are looking for a person oriented towards results, analytical and with a comprehensive outlook.

The goal of the API team is to design and build public and private APIs for our various products and components.

We work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to find the specifications and execute the implementation of the backend requirements on time and on budget.

You will be combining true software engineering and best practices for APIs.

Responsibilities

Ability to deliver solutions and create highly scalable code.
Design and implement large scale data that supports all platforms and environments.
Participate in the design and implementation of integration solutions for our clients.
Analyze and improve current system integrations
Work closely with other developers and provide technical support along with team members.
Pragmatic design, RESTful API endpoints that fit with the rest of our API.
Implement endpoints, address issues, improve performance with the architecture team.
Build infrastructure that is specific to our APIs, e.g. Serving webhooks with low latency.
Help improve and build documentation for APIs, Widgets and the entire API usage journey.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with + express
Database knowledge: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with modern development tools and workflows such as git, Github or equivalent.
