What You Will Do

"Security:

Be a role model, lead by exampleSupport safety improvements (e.g. safe maintenance shutdown procedures)Ensure rapid risk predictionEnsure legal compliance in maintenance work.""

Productivity:

Reduce the number of unplanned stoppages and breakdown times through the application of DDS and problem and behavioral resolution tools"Carry out, together with the Operations Leader, the analysis of the production and maintenance loss tree."

"Administrative:

Participate in DOM's/WOM's meetings and additional maintenance when necessaryCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.Support continuous improvement following zero loss DDS or/and SGA/FI flowchart in line with business needsDefine and disseminate expert maintenance tools (SAP-PM, TDB, SOP'S)Support project implementation, help the project leader maintain the project budget within the defined scope"

Collaborate with warehouse to keep Working Capital low in terms of Spare PartsMonitor and optimize the mill maintenance budgetMake the maintenance cost curve predictable and the maintenance cost budgeting process transparentDeliver savings through a strong focus on planned maintenance and the implementation of time-based maintenance and condition monitoring tools."

Who You Are

Educational level:

Mechanical Engineer, Industrial / related

Experience: 2 more years

Technical knowledge:

Reliability methodology, continuous improvement, TPM and asset managementAutocad, or 2D, 3D drawing programsPneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, steam generation and supply systemsDeep technical knowledge of Industrial securityStaff AdministrationSuperior contractor management in maintenance matters.

English B2, C1
