I consider myself a responsible, extroverted, compromised and empathic person. I’m passionate about communication, education, taking care of the environment, performing arts, music and writing. I’ve always loved language learning, especially English because it allows me to communicate to a wide range of people from different places and access much more interesting information. I had great teachers who inspired me to work the same job as them since I was a young girl.

I think apart from supporting students in their academic development it’s essential to help form them in their personal development and their wellbeing, prioritizing mental health. And inculcating values such as responsibility, solidarity, respect and empathy.

I plan my classes so they’re dynamic and interesting, with significant participation of the students, so they can have familiarity with the language and common expressions, as well as the correct grammar structure, pronunciation and intonation. I use several different visual, auditory, and kinesthetic tools that interest them such as games, songs, etc. I expect to promote the love for the language and for learning in general.

My plans for the future include to continue teaching, getting a postgraduate degree in linguistics and arts, learning more languages and getting my written work published.
