My career has spanned both the public and private sectors, where I have specialized in the .NET ecosystem (Core, ASP.NET, MAUI), as well as Oracle and SQL Server databases. Currently, I serve as an IT Analyst & Technical Operations Coordinator at EP EMSEGURIDAD, where I lead strategic technical initiatives and manage IT systems for the public safety sector. Throughout my career, I have successfully led major projects, such as designing electronic invoicing systems and automating financial compliance engines. I am particularly passionate about leveraging AI and Agentic tools, such as Gemini CLI, to optimize development workflows, having recently reduced development time by 40% on complex SaaS platforms through AI-assisted coding.

My academic foundation is built on a Master of Science (M.S.) in Systems Management and a B.S. in Systems Engineering & Computer Science, both earned from the Escuela Politécnica del Ejército (ESPE).
