-Planning, coordinating, supervising and executing recruitment and selection processes.
-Develop, implement, formalize and communicate the organization's internal processes and policies.
-Manage the company's staff, as well as the improvement and development of the projects required.
-Manage and evaluate the staff´s performance.
-Perform onboarding process. 
-Create and direct training and induction plans and programs for the development of the organization.
